Coaching

Thriving after divorce is possible and can be
a time of rediscovery, reinvention, and new beginnings.

Coaching

At DivorceWell™ we believe there are 4 pillars of divorce:

Legal, Spiritual, Emotional, Financial

At DivorceWell™, we offer you two types of coaching.  Legal and Divorce Coaching. In our Legacy by DivorceWell™ we offer you Business Coaching. In all aspects of our coaching we engage in the DivorceWell™ Four Pillars:  Legal, Spiritual, Emotional and Financial.

What is a Divorce Coach?

Divorce Coaching

A divorce coach is a trained professional who provides guidance and support to individuals going through a divorce. A DivorceWell divorce coach will address three of our four pillars of healing: spiritual, emotional and financial aspects of your divorce. A DivorceWell legal coach will address the same three pillars including the legal pillar securing legal rights, dividing assets, and allocating debts.

What do the three pillars in divorce coaching represent

Spiritual
Healing from guilt shame, and feelings of failure

Emotional
Breaking soul ties, trauma bonds, and letting someone go

Financial
Exploring solutions for managing financial losses associated with divorce, creating a new budget, and rebuilding financial stability

Additional Coaching Support

Emotional Support

Divorce can be emotionally taxing, and a divorce coach provides a safe and non-judgmental space to process feelings of anger, sadness, anxiety, and confusion.

Are You Ready to Start Your Coaching Journey?

It’s important to note what a divorce coach is not:

  • They are not legal professionals: They do not provide legal advice or act as attorneys.
  • They are not therapists: While some divorce coaches may have a background in mental health, their focus is on navigating the divorce process, not diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

In essence, a divorce coach helps you navigate the divorce process more smoothly and effectively by providing emotional support, practical guidance, and strategic planning.
