Securing Legal Rights, Dividing Assets, and Allocating Debts

Our Beliefs

At DivorceWell we believe there are 4 pillars of divorce:

Legal, Spiritual, Emotional, Financial

Individuals who do not address the 4 pillars in a timely manner are unable to properly heal and move forward.  Divorce can be a journey to a new beginning instead of a traumatic ending.

A traditional divorce with an attorney is limited and only addresses legal issues. A traditional divorce is expensive and will leave you with feelings of loss and hopelessness.  A DivorceWell divorce is affordable and holistic. A DivorceWell divorce will leave you with feelings of solace and hope.

Our Legal Division representing clients in Nevada has two sides to how we service our clients:  Non-representation and Representation.

What is Legal Representation?

Legal representation is when a lawyer or attorney acts on behalf of a client in legal matters, including providing advice, drafting documents, and representing them in court or during negotiations. It ensures a client’s rights are protected and they have expert guidance throughout the legal process.

Advocacy

Lawyers advocate for their clients, presenting their case and defending their interests in legal proceedings.

h

Document Preparation

Lawyers prepare legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and court filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the law.

Scope of Representation

Legal representation can be full (handling all aspects of a case) or limited (covering specific tasks).

Guidance and Advice

They provide legal advice, explain legal options, and help clients understand the implications of their actions.

Representation in Court

Lawyers represent clients in court, presenting evidence, arguing their case, and negotiating settlements.

Types of Representation

Common types include full-service and limited-scope representation.

Why is Legal Representation Important?

Legal representation is crucial for ensuring individuals understand their rights and have a strong voice in legal matters.

At DivorceWell™, legal representation is not just about having a lawyer; it’s about having an advocate who understands the law and can help navigate the complexities of the legal system. In addition, you can be paired with a divorce coach to help you spiritually in healing from guilt, shame and feelings of failure. The other difference of DivorceWell is supporting you emotionally to breakthrough the trauma bonds and letting someone go.

What is Non-Representation?

The Affordable Approach

Legal Coaching

This approach is extremely cost effective to the client that does not have any need for court appearances to uncouple.  A legal coach  a type of unbundled legal service where a lawyer provides guidance and support to a self-represented individual, helping them navigate the legal system and present their case effectively. It’s a way to access legal expertise without full representation, focusing on strategy, document preparation, and court preparation, while the client remains responsible for representing themselves.

No Court
Joint Divorce Mediation

This is a process where a neutral third party (a mediator) helps a divorcing couple resolve their issues outside of a courtroom. Instead of going to court to have a judge decide, the couple works with the mediator to reach an agreement on matters like child custody, asset division, and support payments. This approach is often less expensive, less time-consuming, and less emotionally draining than traditional litigation.
